Welcome to Virtual BWIA & Caribbean Virtual Airlines operations page. The purpose of this page is to give you an idea how the virtual airline works.  First, as a pilot, you will be credited with any flight hours claimed from any previous virtual airline.  Any pilot, no matter what the rank, can fly any route they so choose with the aircraft that is most appropriate for that route.  We have one main hub at Picaro International Airport,  Port Of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago.  We fly to many different locations from there. We highly recommend FS Navigator for your flight planning and navigation.

To Join VBWIA & CAV :  Click on the 'Join Us' link from the menu and fill out the form presented then click the 'Submit' button.  You will usually be contacted within 48 Hrs with your pilot number.

VBWIA & CAV Flight Schedules:   The Flight Schedules can be found by clicking on the 'Flight Schedules' link from the menu.  This will present you with another menu from where you can choose from our different flight schedules.

How to File a PIREP:    A PIREP is a 'Pilot Report'.  This is how you claim your flying hours with VBWIA & CAV.  To file a PIREP click on the 'File Pilot Report' link from the menu, fill out the form and then click the 'Submit' button.  The Roster will usually be updated with your new  flight time within 48 Hrs.  (please note:  when submitting a PIREP that your flight time is to be entered in decimal hours only and not hours and minutes)

The VBWIA & CAV Pilot Roster:   The Pilot Roster can be found by clicking 'Pilot Roster' link from the menu.

The VBWIA & CAV  Pilot Ranking System:   The Pilot Ranking System can be found by clicking 'Pilot Ranking' from the menu.

Real World:   weather conditions should be used for your flight simulations.  Also you may use up to 4X simulator speed for your flights.

To Get Our Aircraft:   Click on the 'Aircraft Fleet'  link from the menu then click on the download links, as required,  presented on the fleet pages.

Aircraft Ranges:  A340, L1011 A330, A380, B707 & B764; Long Range,   B738, A321 & BAC111;  Medium to Short,  De Havilland/Bombardier Dash-8  &  British Aerospace JS31; Short .

To Contact Us:  Click on the 'Contact Us' link from the menu.  Fill out the form presented, as required, then click the 'Submit' button.  Your communication will normally be attended to within 48 Hours.
